[Rewarded Review] Another generation of a great product

Love the new Magic Mouse! No cord, so you don't have that hassle. And no batteries to replace, which *can* be a hassle if you don't have the right batteries on hand! This one has an internal, rechargeable battery, and my early usage tells me that battery lasts a long time. I've had the mouse a couple weeks now, and it's still above 90% capacity.

I was hoping I might get the slick-looking black one, but it's more expensive. Why is that?? But the classic white Apple design is nice, too. Sleek, fully functional, easy to use, fits well in the hand.

My only complaint is that sometimes, an inadvertent swipe of a finger at an angle across the top of the mouse causes whatever is on my screen to suddenly jump from 100% magnification to something like 400% -- way too big to see everything on the screen! Pinching fingers together on the track pad on my MBP returns things to normal, so it's not a time-killer, but I need to learn to be less casual with my fingers on the mouse, apparently!
[Rewarded Review] I Really Wanted to Like It

This a GREAT mouse if you want a mouse. It's not great replacement if you're already used to a Magic Trackpad. The gestures don't work nearly as smoothly and if your fingers have the slightest bit of moisture, the mouse just physically moves along with your fingers when trying to do the two-finger gestures.

This was going to be a less costly option for my personal computing. If I had not already had a trackpad I've used for years, I might not have noticed all the limitations of this mouse. Fortunately, as a Plus Member, the Magic Trackpad was $20 off, so I returned the mouse and for another $30, I got the far superior trackpad.
[Rewarded Review] Apple Missed the Target with This Mouse

As is expected from Apple, the mouse is beautiful to look at. However, as many others have previously posted, usability is not what Apple normally produces. The mouse is too flat to be comfortable to use for extended periods and the charging port underneath the mouse is a rookie design mistake. You have to lay the mouse on it’s side to charge it. Forget trying to use it when wired, which is what is required if you are going to use this connected to multiple Macs. Go with another option, this one isn’t money well spent. Unfortunately, I missed the return window.
[Rewarded Review] Big Aplle Fan but these dont Last

I have ever (and multiple) Apple device under the sun including the VisionPro. I’m a huge Apple fan for the past 30 plus years. Very happy with all of their devices except for the (not so magical) Magic Mouse. They work great but do not last. I use them every day all day but have to buy a new one every 6 months. For the price they should ladt longer like the logitech products. I have gone through 9 of them in the past 5 years. About ready to give up and go with another high end brand.
